Something in the Rain director Ahn Pan Suk and screenwriter Kim Eun collaborate with actor Jung Hae In again for the melodrama One Spring Night! Jung Hae In stars in the MBC romantic drama opposite Han Ji Min, who appeared in the popular fantasy romance series Dazzling in early 2019. Han Ji Min portrays a woman in her thirties who is seeing a banker played by Kim Joon Han (Time), while Jung Hae In takes the role of a warmhearted single dad.
Librarian Lee Jung In (Han Ji Min) has been in a long-term relationship with boyfriend Kwon Ki Seok (Kim Joon Han), but she still feels hesitant about marriage. One morning, she goes to a pharmacy for a hangover cure and encounters kind and considerate pharmacist Yoo Ji Ho (Jung Hae In). The two quickly feel something for each other, but Jung In cannot accept his confession as she is not single. She begins to have doubts about her relationship and considers embracing a new love that brings her happiness.
