Kang Dong Won (Broker) leads the crime thriller The Plot, which is the Korean adaptation of Soi Cheang's 2009 Hong Kong action thriller Accident! Writer-director Lee Yo Sup returns with his first feature film eight years after The Queen of Crime. The cast includes Lee Moo Saeng (Noryang: Deadly Sea), Lee Mi Sook (Ode to the Goose), Lee Hyun Wook (The Policeman's Lineage), Tang Jun Sang (Wonderland) and Lee Dong Hwi (The Roundup: Punishment), as well as Lee Jong Suk (V.I.P.) in a special appearance.
Yeong Il (Kang Dong Won) works as a contract killer who designs detailed setups that disguise hit jobs as accidental deaths. A new request comes in, and this time, the target is a powerful figure whom the whole world is paying attention to. Yeong Il and his team members Jackie (Lee Mi Sook), Wol Cheon (Lee Hyun Wook) and Jeom Man (Tang Jun Sang) prepare thoroughly to put their plan into action, but unexpected circumstances arise.
