Medical genius Boo Yong Joo (Han Suk Kyu) used to work at Seoul's top hospital. After being framed by fellow doctors, he renames himself Teacher Kim and moves to a small hospital. Talented doctor Kang Dong Joo (Yoo Yeon Seok) also transfers to the same hospital after making surgical errors.
