Surgeon Soo Hyun (Kim Yoon Seok) saves a girl while participating in a volunteer medical service. Knowing that he doesn't have much time due to his terminal illness, Soo Hyun takes the pills in the hope of seeing his lover Yeon Ah (Chae Seo Jin), who died in an accident. Traveling 30 years back in time, he encounters his younger self (Byun Yo Han). After learning about his future, including the death of Yeon Ah, from his older self, the young Soo Hyun decides to take charge of his own destiny.
