A gangster and a cop join forces to catch a devilish serial killer in the action thriller The Gangster, The Cop, The Devil! Two years after Man of Will, writer-director Lee Won Tae comes back with a feature based on a true crime case. Ma Dong Seok (Along With The Gods), Kim Moo Yeol (Northern Limit Time) and Kim Sung Gyu (Kingdom) play the eponymous gangster, cop and devil.
Gang leader Jang Dong Soo (Ma Dong Seok) gets attacked by serial killer K (Kim Sung Gyu) on his way home. Following a vicious fight between the two, K eventually escapes from the scene. Enraged, Dong Soo decides to pull all money and resources available to catch him and kill him. He agrees to cooperate with police officer Jung Tae Seok (Kim Moo Yeol) to take K down together, but the ruthless killer's life or death depends on who is able to find him first.
